Rogers pioneered the Tourism industry in Mauritius with the inception of the legendary hotel group, Beachcomber Hotels in 1962, and our national carrier, Air Mauritius, in 1967, igniting a sector that would fuel Mauritius’ economic growth for years to come. Rogers continues to create game-changing opportunities to attract international tourists and showcase the island’s people, culture and iconic sites. From travel agencies to tour operators, hotels and airlines - combined with the impeccable, legendary Mauritian hospitality - Rogers sustains growth in tourism revenue.

 

Rogers’ 20 % investment in the sector’s total room capacity, 22.9% stake in New Mauritius Hotels - which operates under Beachcomber. In the Hospitality sector, Rogers’ two subsidiaries are: Rogers Hospitality which has 17 brands ranging from hotels and resorts, restaurants, land adventures to breath-taking destinations and, Rogers Aviation, which acts as the local sales agent for the world’s top airlines and an array of travel and transportation services
