HR OFFICER

We are looking for a talented and passionate professional to take up the challenge as:

HR OFFICER

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist HRC/HODs in coordinating staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organised and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff
  • Assist relevant managers in coordinating of training events or programs including inductions for new Team Members
  • Assist in the preparation and computation of salary in collaboration with the HRC on a monthly basis to be forwarded to Rogers Corporate Office
  • Follow up of Purchase Request (Uniform...) as and when required
  • Maintain and monitor records of exempt employee benefits and salary
  • Assist in compiling and maintaining various monthly statistical reports (labour force / turnover / absenteeism / overtime….)
  • Prepare correspondence, forms and reports, arrange meetings and take minutes of all HR meetings
  • Prepare all documentation in line with recruitment / departure of Team Members
  • Interact with Team Members for feedbacks on work environment
  • Manage leaves records cards, exceptions reports (attendance system)
  • Handle inquires in absence of Superior
  • Assist in all reference checks on new recruits
  • Maintain Team Members file by handling changes in Team Members records
  • Ensure that all forms are available at all time
  • Update communication on notice board
  • Coordinate transport of all Team Members with transport provider and sort out all Team Members transport issues
  • Assist in the organisation of welfare and social activities
  • Conduct internal Quality audits, under the guidance of the HRC and Quality Manager, and come up with audit reports, and follow up of corrective actions with HODs and the Hotel Manager

 

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE:

  • Higher School Certificate or equivalent
  • Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management/Psychology from a recognised institution
  • Previous experience in HR
  • Conversant with prevailing legislation, policies & procedures
