Rogers & Co’s extensive property portfolio totals over Rs 13.3 billion, with a huge potential for growth and development. The assets encompass commercial, industrial, agricultural and office properties in prime locations throughout the island. To manage its portfolio, Rogers & Co founded Ascencia in 2007, today one of the largest property companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius. Its core activity consists of managing its assets via acquisitions, investments and sales. Rogers & Co’s real estate, leisure and agricultural properties in the south-western part of the island include the Domaine de Bel Ombre and Case Noyale, zones which have undergone significant developments in recent years including hotels, high-end villas, a nature park and golf course. A number of projects are in the pipes to further develop this part of the coast.
