Vivacis Protocol, the “what” and “how” of fighting COVID-19
How does the Coronavirus spread? Can someone who has been quarantined for COVID-19 spread the illness to others? What do you do if people in your home present symptoms? Are employees eligible for medical insurance and 24-hr accident insurance during the confinement period? These are but a few of the questions that are circulating among the public in these times of confinement. The Vivacis Protocol gives us an answer and lays down guidelines for the fight against COVID-19.
This document itemises all necessary prevention measures and proposed actions for a multitude of possible scenarios. It was put together by the Human Resources department, following the setting up of the Vivacis Resilience Programme, whose role is to help Rogers Group companies handle the Coronavirus situation and get ready for recovery.
The Vivacis Protocol also includes an extensive “FAQ” section that covers many questions that employees may be asking themselves, amongst which, salaries and insurances.
It is to be noted, however, that the Vivacis Protocol is a “work in progress”, which is updated regularly as the situation develops and as more information is gathered concerning best practices.
