7th edition of the GROW Management Development Programme: 20 team members completed a comprehensive 12-month learning journey co-created with the Charles Telfair Leadership Academy. From leadership to communication, storytelling, and sustainability, entry-level and first-time managers have honed skills crucial for their roles.
4th edition of the RISE Sales Programme: 17 sales and marketing professionals from the Group elevated their expertise through an 8-module programme co-designed with Stafford & Chan. Participants benefitted from tailor-made courses to master the art of consultative selling and client-focused service.
